Winnebago County Fair

Just so people outside the Illinois People's State are aware, Winnebago County is the northern Illinois county considering doing CCW at a county level, all on their own, seeing as how the good fight is pretty deadlocked at the state level.

The guy in the middle I recognize. I'd guess the other two are IllinoisCarry.com members.

And the green buttons say "48 States. Why Not Here?". The Oleg posters are probably the same ones used at the SAFR rally a few weeks ago.
