My second N Frame

Just picked up this piece. It is a S&W model 28 Highway Patrolman in .357 Magnum, pinned barrel, recessed cylinder, finished in hard chrome from Armoloy.

I know most out there are 27 fans, not so much the 28. But this one just said "Take me home!"

Nice. I had two of my M28s refinished as well. They were parkarized and then a polymer coat was applied.

Refinished guns have no collector value, but they make outstanding shooters! Enjoy those N-frames!!!!!

A 28 is a 27 without the 'good' finish. I think you done good. If I was going to HC an N-frame, the 28 would be the one.
