I thought after all these years, we finally learned that Fred kept a pistol in the van while ghost busting. I was surprised because I was certain Shaggy was anti-gun.

I believe they were.

R9 Arms Corp. appears to have been a small shop in Mission Viejo, California.

Nothing specific comes up on R9 in regard to a Mission Viejo address.
