Hi all,

Came across this magazine. I am hoping someone can help me identify the gun it belongs to...then I'll have an excuse to buy another gun. My initial guess is a Phoenix/Raven MP-25 (in which case I may not want it lol)...but none of the images I have found show a magazine with the staggered witness holes as shown. They all show a single slot down the middle. But otherwise dimensionally they appear the same.

It appears to be .25 auto, holds 6 rounds (although I only had 5 to put in)

In the pictures, it is on the right. The .22LR magazine to the left is from a 21A Bobcat, for scale. Also for scale, the picture on the grid paper, is 1/4" grids. So it is about 2.5" tall.

Didn't see the pics. But the old RG26 had witness holes and a slightly extended floorplate for better grip.

That looks like a Browning Baby magazine. I may work in the old Raven guns which were a lower quality clone of the Browning Baby. Look on the rear of the mag at the base asn see if there is a circled FN stamp.

No factory FN/Browning Baby magazine has a removable floorplate. It's NOT a Browning.

Try this website: http://www.ammoclip.com

It will be a bit tedious, but you may find out what you have.

To be honest, it looks like it might be an aftermarket for a Bernardelli .25.

Thanks for the responses so far guys.

What is the best way to figure it out for sure? Just go to some local gun shops and ask to see their collection of .25 acp pocket pistols? Are any of the guns you guys mentioned common besides the Raven? Or all pretty rare?

Part of it is curiosity. The other part is I wouldn't mind having a .25 acp "just because." My logic is I already have a mag, I am half way there :)

The Bauer mag should work in the FN .25/Baby Browning and vice versa since the Bauer is a clone of the Baby Browning. Pretty much all of the .25's I can think of that it would fit have been mentioned already in the thread.
