Seen at Fediverse today, the rack of a gun store:

Among all kinds of typical AR-15, they have these 4 guns, which look like a batch of identical units (cropped from the original photo):

So, what are they?

The magazines are far too short for .308. In fact they don't look like they could contain .223. But they are too large for .22 LR. Not lever action, not 10/22, not Mini-14. Furniture does not look like M1 Carbine. So, some kind of a micro bolt action?

Cool little gun. I think it’s interesting that everything on the rack has a magazine in it. I think every gun store around me keeps them separate from the rifles. That is unless it’s an old SMLE or K31 or something along those lines.

Heh-heh, I think I might have leaned across the counter and asked. But with recent experiences and the miserable customer service lately it might truly have been faster to post a picture.

I think that Rossi might make a fun shooter if it runs reliably. 22 mag is a great little cartridge for fun, targets & varmints, but my experience with it in semi-autos is problematic. Anybody here buys one of those Rossis please let us know how it works out for you. I might want to pick up one. Thanks....
