Is this the new normal price for percussion caps. Shipping and hazmat not included. I may have to take up golfing, it’s cheaper.

A LGS was selling Winchester #11 Caps for $20 per hundred. So as a short answer I would say, yes this is normal. That is why I started making my own caps.

I ordered 1 sleeve. With hazmat and shipping was $121. Not good, but can’t find anywhere around here and I was completely out. Now I have a thousand caps. To me it was worth it.
