Good catch. Sadly, I just spent my discretionary schekels on a couple of the Nikon Buckmaster refurbs at Natchez....

My 4-20 x 50 arrived today. Etched BDC

Oh my, what a scope! I hand held it at 20 power/infinity , stood on my road and sighted in on my neighbors house numbers probably a 1/2 mile down the road.

Clear as a bell. Can't wait to put it on a rifle so it's steady.

Got to fill out the rebate form though. I hate rebates!

I can tell the boss lady , hey it was on sale and a rebate:D

Who handles the warranty on the Nitrex, and how long is it? Does the warranty card in the box suggest that Weaver is supporting these scopes directly?

Have a couple of the Nitrex TR2s from Natchez....heck of a scope for a heck of a price. Scope savvy Gents I shoot with at range have critiqued mine and were very impressed with their glass and features. Nice when Leupold, Burris, Sightron, Nikon, Zeiss owners tell you your scope compares favorably with theirs and it cost 1/3 to 1/2 less than theirs.

Location to send a Nitrex for warranty is same location used by Weaver. Nitrex has one year over counter exchange and a life time warranty for its buyer. Like former Intensity line, Nitrex is owned by ATK, who also owns Weaver. Intensity warranty handled by Weaver too since they are Weaver 40/44 scopes.

OCD, will take about 5 weeks to get the rebate check....in a plain white envelope so careful throwing junkmail away.
