I really like it for a couple of reasons:
1. The music reminds me of the type of synth music you would see in a 1980s US or Hong Kong action movie.
2. The demos look like things from 1980 action movies
3. It does a really excellent job of selling the firearm. The dual wielding, while not something one should do outside a game, was impressive for demonstrating low recoil, along with other neat demos.
4. It feels very dated, but at the same time like I said it's effective.
Anyone know of other videos like these, I assume Glock must have made ones, that aren't just ad but more designed for a presentation.
It reminds me of when I was in DC last year for a conference and staying near Pentagon City and using the Metro. Instead of "normal ads" for dull practical products or some bad romantic comedy, the subway ads were for things like the F-35 Lighting II and weapon platforms.
