I found a 52 B at a local shop. I need a quick value of the rifle so I can make an offer. The rifle is on consignment, but I want to make a fair offer.
Its a 52 B, Looks like an Olympic front sight and a Lyman rear (only the ring, looks like it has no aperture). The rifle does not seem to have the micro-motion trigger (no adjustment screws in front of trigger guard) but the trigger is still extremely good. Wood finish is excellent on the rifle, with a few nicks in the finish near the bolt. Metal is near perfect with perfect bluing and no wear. Has a brass buttplate. Magazine is included, but has some light pitting. Crown of the rifle is blued, but looks good.
Overall, a fantastic looking rifle. I just want to be aware of a fair value to offer, and what the current market value is.
