Need advice on scope rings

Decided to change the scope on my savage 10fp (bought used, came with buhnell 4-14 variable) . Just ordered a BSA mil dot. just wondering what height rings should i order? it still wears a factory stock, so i don't have the option of adjustments......

What size objective is on your BSA? Medium rings will clear up to 44mm, I think, high works for 50-52mm, any bigger needs extra high rings.

Try going to Midway's website. www.midwayusa.com
Check their Technical Data section. It has tables listing by manufacturer, ring model, and height from which you can determine the ring required for your scope. You will need to know the outside diameter of the scope's objective lens bell. If you don't have it, you should be able to track it down on while your their website.
