Make SURE you don't crimp into the bullet, if you do it will be misery. Case mouth thickness times two, plus bullet diameter, that measurement taken right at the case mouth is what you need. I would leave the case mouth open a thousandth or two before I had a thousandth of crimp into the bullet.
Winchester primers or a magnum primer help Universal clean up and shoot consistently in 45, lower charges and work up accordingly if the data is not using Winchester or a magnum primer.
