My local paper republished the above story about a study that reports to show that states with lenient gun control laws have higher "gun deaths" than states with restrictive gun laws. However, there is no mention of the name or origin of this study.
Does anyone have any idea which study they are referring to?
I think it is reprehensible for any news outlet to publish a story like this without stating the name and origin of such a study. How else are we to be able to double check the veracity of such a story!
