You've certainly been given a lot of good advice here. I'd guess I'd keep all three you've mentioned in mind and spend a lot time "petting" them if you can. The fit of a rifle is very important for shooting it well and while I'm about as medium built as you can get, I have found that some rifles fit me far better than others do. I've held rifles that felt like a 2X4 to me while others seemd to be custom made to fit me. Price, and anticipated accuracy being more or less the same, look to what "feels" good to you.
Other than that, I have high praise for the Savage. I've got Remington's that are only mediocore, and I've never shot a Tika.
