Need help with Sierra bullet load data

I would like to use up a bunch of 120 grain .284(7mm) spitzer bullets part # 1900 in 7mmSTW

I have H4831SC powder and H870 powder.

Can someone post the loading data for the 120 grain spitzer in 7mmSTW from the Sierra load data book?

1.I would like the starting and top loads listed for both powders
2.What type of primer?
3.What case?
4.Cartridge OAL, if listed.
