need help with win. mag thoats in receiver

can ant one help me, the thoats on my win-1200 slug gun, moved out from the receiver, i was told to just an screw the mag tube and put them back in,and screw the mag tube back in. i called win. and they told me to said it back in, but it would take about 6 to 8 weeks, there very busy. need it for deer season. i ask win. and he just said to send it in, what is the right way to do this. n.e. ohio. in wintersville ohio. if you can help please email me. thank you toni
