I found this pistol while helping to clean out my brothers house. He says that he's had it for years and had found it in the trash one day at work. He's never shot it, and after examining it, I don't think I would either. At least not until it was checked over by a smith.

The only markings on it are American Bulldog on the top of the barrel. No serial number on it and no place that looks like the serial was ground off of. The barrel is hexagonal. The grip, of which there is only one, is plastic and has what looks to be a bird gripping something in it's claws. I believe it to be 32 caliber. At least that's the only cartridge that would fit in the cylinder.

So if anyone recognizes this pistol and could give me some info on it, I certainly appreciate it.

That pistol was used to assassinate a president! LOL Iver Johnson made most all of them. 32 S&W short centerfire is the common caliber. They did make a 44 Bulldog. They were the Saturday Night Special or Kel-Tec of their time. Numrich has grips and parts. They aren't bad pistols. They have little value even in fine condition. I would assign a generic value of $90.00.
