I just bought an AR-10T and I'm looking to outfit it with a quality tactical scope. I found a good deal on a Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x 44mm mildot. Anyone got any advice about the Zeiss or other optics suggestions for my AR-10? Thanks.

I have the 50mm version on a Sako, and it's the best you can get without doubling the price. Clear, bright, the adjustments go where they are supposed to go the amount that they are supposed to go. The parallax distance scale is off on mine, but I think that that is almost universal amongst scopes with parallax distance scales. The reticle dots are spaced correctly at 10x, as advertised. It has greaat gobs of adjusment,-- mine has the full advertised 68 inches vertical plus a couple of clicks. You can't get any better until you get to the Victory series.

DITTO, I have the same scope on my M4gery but with a plex reticle. Outstanding opticaly. I love the side focus for the AO, really spoils you.

I have a Zeiss and it is the clearest and sharpest scope I have. I ended up with it by buying a gun I did not want but the deal was too good to pass up. So I kept the scope and sold the gun. You will be quite happy with the Conquest.

Conquest is great

I have a 3 X9X50 on my Ruger 77 in 280. It's far better than the Leupolds topping my other centerfire rifles and I highly reccomend it.
