I'm rocking a G23. I have a kingtuk that I wear when its warm out but now that its getting cold, I'm wanting something owb.

Here's what I'd like:
Small enough that its concealable
Easily hours on and off belt without worrying about it falling off
Dependable
Not over $100

Any tips?

I've got a Fobus Paddle Holster for my G21 that's plenty comfortable and secure. The paddle style is easy to attach and remove without taking off your belt and its not much bigger on the outside than the gun itself (the flat 'paddle' part goes inside your pants). Plus its cheap at only $29.99 MSRP.

If it works with the big 21 it should be fine with the smaller 23.

For the paddle crowd, you may want to track this thread.

Raven Concealment Phantom always seems like a natural for Glock's. They offer quite a few mounting options.

Garrett Industries "Silent Thunder" if you'd prefer your kydex lined with leather.

Comp-Tac is another top kydex maker that should have something for you.

i use a bianchi 82 with auto retention. Paid around $50 from optics planet. I have two one for a 1911 and for my Glock 20. holsters easy and will not come out on it's own, you have to press a button that is very user friendly.

Take a look at the Safariland 6378. It comes with both a paddle attachment and a belt slide attachment. Can be had at opticsplanet for under $40 shipped.

I went with this and its perfect. A little bulky but that's what I was expecting. Perfect for winter.
