cedjunior link is a good one and something that I believe looks fairly nice.
I have never cared for the 3rd model because of the grip.

The shaving is a good way to go or a very good file and patience. Then you can stipple it or not

To the OP I hope you are happy with it when you get done, if not you can put a Hogue grip back on it

I've done some Glocks. Dremel, file and stipple. Go slow.
