No.You can buy the .45/.410 model which will shoot both.

Thanks... I found it but they only have it in the "survivor" configuration and it looks kinda.. not for me... I wonder if I can have them fit a 410/.45 Colt barrel onto the .30-30 style rifle..

My understanding is you can have a shotgun barrel fitted on their rifles, but not the other way around. Give them a call.
Buy the Survivor Model and replace the goofy buttstock with a standard stock from NEF or Choate.
The standard .410 shotguns will chamber a .45 Colt round and the tight constriction of the full choke will almose guarantee that you will rupture the muzzle trying to shoot a solid bullet through it. Not good.
The Survivor, and all, convertable guns allow for open choking when solid bullet .45 Colt rounds are used.
Fair warning, none of them are very accurate.
