I have a Nemesis pocket holster for my Guardian .380. Been having a problem with slippage. The holster doesn't really want to stay in my jean's pocket very well when the gun is drawn......

Was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions for making the holster exterior more tacky or clingy to the pocket interior without ruining a pair of jeans...........

Thanks

I have a bunch of pocket holsters. I'm not a big fan of the Nemesis (for a snubbie in my case), mainly because the one I have is open at the bottom and the barrel works it's way down in there and gets kinda stuck. If yours is open at the bottom, I would suggest sewing it up. Second suggestion would be to order a Mika pocket holster and be done with it.

Try changing the way you withdraw the gun from your holster. As you draw your gun out of your pocket holster, maintain pressure against your leg. This will keep the holster from coming out of your pocket. (It's sort of like rubbing the gun against your leg...) Make this a habit...and don't rely on the "sticky-ness" of a holster to keep it in place.

Had the same problem with a pocket holster for my NAA Pug. I put the "prickly side" of velcro on it and solved the problem.

A pocket holster that you have to fix before it works?

Glad it works for you now but...I'd be looking elsewhere.

Try pushing on the top edge of the holster with your thumb to help it slide off the gun.
