For years and years I've been pretty against Glocks on account of the "grip angle" ergonomics, trigger, etc. When Gen 4 came out I thought I'd give them another chance if I found one to handle, see if the new grip fits my hands better, etc.
Long story short, I finally handled a Gen 4 G21 and... it came home with me.
I have to say, so far I'm pretty darned impressed with this gun, no wonder people love em. I've handled/shot most of the other Glocks (gen 2 and 3) and none felt this good in my hands, which is strange since I have pretty small hands. Trigger on dry firing is decent, not great but not too different from my Ruger SR series that I'll need too much practice to be comfortable with it.
Its a big gun (naturally) but I tossed it in a crossbreed supertuck that it fit as a test and I'll be darned if it doesn't conceal almost as well as any of my 1911's. Assuming it shoots well I might have a new EDC (sorry 1911's!), and I gotta say 13 rounds of .45 for about the same difficulty concealing (pretty much none, really) is pretty appealing.
Sadly I won't get it out to the range until next week (at least) so I won't know how it shoots for a bit, but so far I'm pretty happy.
Double sadly, I don't have a camera, but we've all see Glocks... so no-one is missing much.
