its a bit of a odball,but i traded for a s&w modle 2214 a couple of years ago.its compact and VERY light .but i havnt been able to beat the acuracy.

If it comes down to the Browning or the Ruger, shoot them both before deciding,if you can. I was genuinely surprised how much better the Buckmark balanced and pointed in my hand. It has become my favorite pistol.

Browning! I tried the Ruger 3 times before buying mine, the Browning just felt better, more balanced in my hand. Very easy to clean if this is a concern.

do a search. this topic has been nearly beat to death. I would pick a Buckmark over a Ruger any day of any week and would never consider a 22a in the same league as either of them.

Good choice. I got 1 a few weeks ago and did the spring flip and has a very nice trigger now. Accurate as heck right out of the box.
