That's a beautiful rifle! I'm a 6.5 junkie - I've got a 6.5CM, .260 and I'm building a 6.5 SAUM 4s. How's your new rifle shooting? Are you handloading for it??

Nice custom build! More and more I keep thinking about getting a 6.5 CM for my next rifle.

That is a beautiful rifle! I have an M70 Stealth, .22-250 Rem that I am giving serious thought to having blue printed, and barreled in 6.5 CM once I wear out the original barrel. Time will tell.

Getting cases all prepped to start load development. kind of got it some what sighted in with factory 140 ELD match.

Fella's;

What!? No 6.5 Swedes!? The original & still the best as far as I'm concerned.

I had a Swede built on a left hand Tikka bolt action because at the time I couldn't buy one without spending the cost of a custom rifle anyway. It's a hunting gun, not a long range or bench rifle, the scope is a 3.5-10X mil-dot. But, in many ways it's built much like Allen's, blueprinted action with a Remington style recoil lug, Lilja 22" barrel, and Talley rings.

The best three-shot 100 yard group it's ever given me is a .261". It quite regularly shoots .4 - .5" three shot groups, which ain't too bad for gun with a medium weight sporter barrel, a wood stock, & a stock Tikka trigger. So easy to reload for also.

The CM is a wonderful cartridge....the 6.5 is a wonderful bullet...I have the 6.5x55 and just built a 26 Nosler..... but the CM is so mild and pleasant it is my fav.
Good shooting....

Beautiful rifle Allen. Hope it shoots as good as it looks. I hunt in the Big Belts. Welcome to the forum. I look forward to some shooting info when you get a chance.
