I’m assuming they announced this at SHOT show but I sure missed it. I’m curious how successful this will be. I find the gun/cartridge interesting but not sure I’d splurge $1500 for it.
Thoughts?
Right!? Like ok….cool…who asked for this again?Gotta be tough to have to come up with new SKUs every year. I guess they made this one for that one guy on that one forum who said, Hey Ruger, you know what I’d buy? A super Redhawk 8-shot in .22 Hornet.
Or a .25Flea in the Single Six!Boondoggle! ..... For the collector's speculation interests. If it was in 270REN then we'd have something.
Yes, I agree, I'll take one of each. Not something I’m interested in but I’m sure a few out there will like it and they certainly don’t need to justify their tastes to me.
Hey Ruger, since you’re targeting niche firearm platforms how about making a few for me.
1. Ruger#1 with männlicher stock in .327 or .44 mag.
2. Ruger 96 in .327. That caliber should work well in the rotary mag.
3. An M77/.357 again in a männlicher stock…or go completely off the edge and put it in your classic Mini 14 folding stock.
4. BLUED Ruger Hunter 7 shot in .327FM with BISELY grip.
I'd rather a .45 Colt ultralight snub and a .45 Colt only Rossi Brawler. My first thought was "Is the April 1st?"
If companies are building one-offs, hey Taurus, I want a 3" 327.
Your frustration is shared, I look at this and while it's nice for those who were asking for it, I can't help but wonder if there were more people asking for a .22 Hornet Super Redhawk than there were asking for a 3 inch .327 LCRx or .32 LCP or a return of the Old Army. All these years and all the email suggestions for new calibers and offerings …. and we get this …?

I'd rather have a 15-shot .22LR/Magnum SRH with interchangeable cylinders!
Yes, I agree, I'll take one of each.
To the OP, not sure the hornet is the right cartridge for THAT heavy of a barrel in that revolver, but at least it isn't an Alaskan short barrel. That would be totally pointless...
Well since we are all making requests, how bout an alloy frame striker fired single stack subcompact in 10mm. Ruger, anyone actually
