Picked up my first semi auto shotgun yesterday, a charles daly 20ga field.
Took it home, took it apart and cleaned it, then shot around 1.5 boxes of remington 8 shot.
I have a couple questions about the gun.
1. Does anyone know what parts are compatible with remington parts, and which rem. model they are compatible for? I was looking at stocks and side saddles specifically.
2. For someone that has one, Do you know if it matters where on the piston you put the oring? mine came off the piston while it was apart and I wasnt exactly sure where to put it back on. there is not a groove or anything, so I just put it where I thought it went. It still was a snug fit and shot fine, so I think I have it right.
