Does anyone know where if any place i can find the most recent editon of the texas handgun laws. I am looking to get a CCW license and want to study up on exactly what is or isn't legal. I would preferably like to find a website or a text file I can download and print since i am at work and have time to kill. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanx

Send for your CHL application packet. The booklet will be enclosed.

Fred - Blackhawk is correct about CHL law book being in DPS packet. But - much of it is in such legal-speak that you'll need the class for some of it put in plain English!

If ya have some spare time for reading, lots of related info. and links at www.dentoncountysports.com. In particular, you may want to check out site for Texas Concealed Handguns Instructors Assn.
