New encore barrel

30.06 for the encore

I have a 270, 6.5x55, 8mm, 30.30 and a 250 sav in other rifles. I don't like magnums.

What's another cartridge I need for north America?

In case an elephant gets loose and you need to save Gotham, you should have a 460 Weatherby Magnum on hand even if you don't like it.

Oh, I forgot, you don't like magnums. Better go with a 458 Lott since it's not a magnum. You could even get Match Grade Machine to make you a custom Encore barrel for that cartridge.
