I bought a poly lower from New Frontier a few weeks back and finally got it to the range. The lower works fine, but the trigger bothers me a lot.

I'm not sure if I can articulate the problem well but here goes.
After a shot is fired and you release the trigger the resetting of the trigger seems extremely crude. It seems to jump back shortly after all pressure has been released from the trigger.

Does anyone else have a new frontier lower with this problem also? Is there a way to fix it or should I upgrade to a new trigger assembly? Is there a trigger kit that is reasonable for a reasonable price or should I just get a new lower?

Thanks for the help

The poly trigger group mating surfaces are much larger, and have much more engagement than steel ones. The disconector release is much more pronounced. It functions exactly the same way as any other trigger group, but seems much more noticable on the poly units. Perhaps the polymer just transfers the sound better. If it really bothers you, just swap the trigger group for a steel one.
