Yesterday I got myself a brand new GLOCK model 17 and I noticed that the serial number was a little different than my other GLOCKs. On the frame the serial number used to have a US behind the three letter, three number set but on this new GLOCK the number dose not have the US behind it. No big deal but I was just wondering if anyone knew why? As far as I can tell this gun was shipped from the factory in March of this year.
