I just picked it up on Thursday and I just finished adding a Lone Wolf stock length conversion barrel to 9mm, a Lone Wolf stainless steel guide rod assembly, a Grip Force beavertail, a TMG palm swell grip, and a ghost rocket connector.

In a Bianchi Allusion Holster and also pictured is my extended ported G17 in an Blackhawk Sportster fitted with a 5.37" Lone Wolf extended 2 port barrel, and the same Lone Wolf stainless steel guide rod assembly, Grip Force beavertail, the TMG palm swell grip, and my ghost rocket trigger upgrades. All that is left to upgrade are my sights. I am adding adjustable sights to the G17:

How do you like the ported barrels, does it really help with muzzle flip?

They really do. You can actually watch the sights move forward and backward without any muzzle flip.
