New guns

Well my dad want to buy my .454 raging bull so i will be selling it to him for $400.

So now i have $400 Dollars and I will had $200 more from my pocket.

So the problem is I have no idea what to get so i figure I will ask you all.

What can a man get for $600 dollars????????

Sounds like you may need an AR type rifle! Or, maybe a long ranger, you know, to pop pasture poodles in the next zip code!

Spray and pray, making a lot of noise, burning up large amounts of ammo and really not hitting anything...think AK!

Doing the same as above, BUT hitting what your shooting and not having to 'spray and pray'...VZ-58!

How bout' another pistol? The .500 S&W is nice!

Ok, I know it is not on your list, but look into an M1 Garand, particularly if you can get to the CMP stores. I love my Garand and just purchased another. Very accurate and LOTS of fun to shoot.

You do have to jump through a few hoops to get a Garand for $600, but it is well worth it. Then you qualify for 30-06 ammo purchases $96 for 192 rounds loaded in enblocs. Sometimes you can get better deals. I just bought a bunch of AP ammo for $60 a can- 5 cans at 192 rounds each. Most of it is not corrosive.

Get another .22, you can shoot all day, every day, with no recoil, minimal sound, and not spend nearly as much on ammo.
