LoboGunLeather;
Thanks for the tips. I will do what you say about the wax and I will visit your site to check out your products.
Thank you, Lobo, as well. I will have to try that on my holsters.
dallascj,
Speaking of LoboGunLeather holsters, I give them 2 BIG thumbs up! I use one of their IWB holsters to tote around a ginormous S&W N Frame, a 4" Model 28 Highway Patrolman. Carried it pretty regularly until I had a recent health issue late this past summer, but I'm hoping to start carrying it again shortly. Though I had to dress around the gun, it was reasonably comfortable to carry all day. Great quality, and I paid less than $60 shipped for it.
Just be sure you get the "sweat shield" with yours. It not only adds an extra degree of protection to your gun's finish, it makes the weapon more confortable to carry as it smooths out an otherwise sharp edge (at least as I've experienced with my FIST holsters, 1 with a sweat shield and 1 without ... my Lobo has a sweat shield).
And don't forget a good, stiff gun belt!
BTW, what kind of Tauri will you be carrying? I've got a 3" Taurus 5 shot 44 Special that I might start carrying once I put enough rounds through it. Have to see if Lobo makes an IWB that fits it.
