New Iron sights for 1911 ???

I have a Springfield Armory Loaded .45ACP.

Im not sure about what the different cuts and whatnot i need to look for while im looking for these.

I shot my first Comp. and the paint actually came off i guess the night before from the Hoppes.

So i want...

fixed sights that the paint wont come off lol That i can see outdoor and indoor.

I dont know if i want to just throw night sights on a competition gun. so ill just ask you guys (The Experts)

Im on Dawson Precision now, i need to know how tall and wide the factory sights are so i can order the same size. because im dead on accurate with them now
