New Magpul AFG foregrip!

So I decided to ditch the vertical grip on my AR and try out the new Magpul AFG grip instead.

I've always been a big fan of Magpul products but this one now ranks as one of my favorites so far. I've never been a big fan of vertical foregrips and now I have alternative that I really like! The grip allows for much better alignment of your supporting hand and doesn't interfere with the ergonomics of the rifle like some vertical grips seem to do. This grip does everything Magpul says it will do and does it very well, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to a traditional vertical grip.

Just picked one up for my SIG 556. I'm waiting for my rail mounting kit (I have the classic handgrips), so it just sits next to my computer until the rails arrive.

Finally a foregrip that's not totally worthless. Really I don't get how people can stand the vertical grip, they're awkward as hell.

I really considered getting one of these.

But I like my MOE handguards so well I don't think this would be an improvement.


Now, if I had a full rail system, I might actually go ahead and get one.
