VERY cool. What kind of dust cover is that? I like the rails built into it, and it looks like it screws into the rear stock as well for added stability.

Does the scope rail have to be removed to take off the dust cover?

Pic/Rifle Critique...

The rifle is HANDSOME!

Photos are good, too. I like the whole-rifle pic with the light coming in from the side--nice composition.

One little nit to pick: The dog bed behind the rifle is a distraction. Especially since the rifle and the dog bed are much the same colors! How long would it have taken you to push that out of the way? Even with it in the pic, you achieved considerably higher quality than the usual rifle pic, gun lying on a cluttered workbench!

However--NIIICE rifle, good paint job, no question!

How's she shoot? Range report forthcoming?

Really nice. I tried that with my S12 but the paint sprayer didn't work right so I hand painted the dust cover. What did you use to paint it?

So.........

Looks good. How's the accuracy?

I'm worried about those long composite over the dustcover rails holding their zero for heavy scopes.

I assume that black doodad behind the charging handle is a brass deflector? :)

Nice-looking gun. Haven't seen the dustcover rail installed with a folding stock before.
