You are very adept at skipping the meat of what other people are saying and using your hot words and cartoonishly extreme rhetoric to stir up emotion to cloud people's rational judgment. I know that's a powerful political tool, but using it here is not appreciated.

You're not very adept at framing a false narrative of winning over violent leftists, racists and those who support them, and seek to disarm the innocent in furtherance of that.

There is no more chance of winning Black Lies Matter over to the 2nd Amendment for EVERYONE, than there is of winning over the Westboro Baptist "Church" to the cause of gay rights.

If Black Lies Matter and its supporters, why not "White Nationalists" too? There isn't a dime's worth of difference between them.

You're pretending that I believe the NRA should try to woo the BLM leadership and the guys busting windows and burning cop cars into the gun rights movement. When that's patently silly and has NOTHING to do with what I've said.

The idea here is not to win over the hard core BLM folks. The point is to not alienate the MILLIONS who sympathize with the basic issue BLM fights for.

If your friendly neighbor who never hurt anyone says he really thinks the police are too harsh and enforce unequally against urban black men and that he might go down and walk with the next protest -- is he now your sworn enemy, irredeemable and someone who's support on gun rights you don't want and will never accept?

Well, THAT's who I'm talking about. The millions of folks like him who see themselves as generally on the "left" side of this issue -- and many others. We've no need to stand the NRA up as their enemy.

Gee that's funny, I'm Black, socially liberal and ALSO hate Black Lies Matter.

Racial separatism?
Making young, Black, violent felons immune from the law?

I'm getting at the fundamental raison d'etre of Black Lies Matter.

They're NOT about police not shooting PEOPLE for no reason or bad reasons.

They're about police (and citizens) not shooting BLACK FELONS for ANY reason, including running people over and slashing them with a knife.

Hence their contemptibly dishonest narrative about Michael Brown's death. It's all a LIE. They KNOW it's all a LIE. But it advances their narrative of giving young, Black, male felons effective extraterritoriality.

Why do you think they continue to push the Michael Brown lie and literally don't give a damn about, or even MENTION Levar Jones, Kathryn Johnston, Charles Kinsey, or Michael Pleasance?

Isn't it strange that with PLENTY of REAL abuse by the police, they focus on NONSENSE?

The Klan (and neo-Nazis) have always portrayed themselves as "protecting Western civilization", even though it's an OBVIOUS lie. I'd bet that there are more White people in absolute numbers who believe THAT lie than there are Black people in absolute numbers who believe BLM's lies.

That being the case, if we're going to pander to dolts AT ALL, why pander to a lesser number of dolts than to a greater number? Is the support of Black dolts more desirable than the support of White ones? Why are we appealing to dolts AT ALL?

Black Lies Matter is a corrupting influence in Black society every bit as much as Covenant, Arm and Sword of the Lord was in White society. Why exactly should we be pandering to the delusions and prejudices of the corrupted? ESPECIALLY when the corrupters are EXPLICITLY against the right to armed self-defense?

Lie down with racist dogs, get racist fleas. The race of the dog matters not one iota to me, nor does the race of its aficionados.
