Radio talk show host Larry Elder has produced a pro-2A documentary called Michael and Me . Available on Amazon and soon on DVD. I don't know about theater distribution. I haven't seen it but I'm a big fan of Larry.

Sounds a lot like the film "Michael Moore Hates America" where Michael Wilson attempts to get an interview with Moore to no avail. Very amusing.
