This looks more appealing to me than the 5.7. I have been looking for an AR style .308 and this might be it.

Interchangeable with a standard ar-15 part can’t wait to see how this one does!

I assume that Ruger must be using a bolt made of Adamantium coated with Kryptonite.

I'm somewhat interested as I would like a .308 that isn't a single shot, but it's really tough for me to not opt for a cheaper bolt action.

And yes, definitely more interested in this than the 5.7 carbine.

Why? Rifles of this ilk - AR-15 sized short action AR’s - have been around at least since 2013.
