OP, you don't say how many rounds have been fired since the last cleaning when the problem is observed. I find no buildup of wad plastic over the 200 rounds/barrel that I shoot between cleanings. Burnt powder of course builds up over that interval. All comes clean with normal solvent scrubbing. No special solvent needed for the non-existent wad plastic. If you go 5000 rounds between cleanings, well that is a whole 'nuther story. In any case you must remove the chokes and clean them inside and out separately, lube their threads and replace them into the clean barrel.

50 rounds. The buildup of plastic wad material is shaved by the non coencentric choke counter bore and the barrel. Edge of the choke is shaving the wad.

8/24/19 Update!

Received TWO emails, dated two minutes apart (not kidding).

First email stated the company will be REPLACING the shotgun

Second email stated the company will be REPAIRING the shotgun.

Both emails are using the same serial number and repair order number.

Will advise when I receive shipping info and WHAT I receive when the box is opened.

UPDATE!!

NEW shotgun arrived today.

Will need to check this barrel/choke fit prior to a range trip.

CZ1012 model.

Checked the choke to bore fit with the borescope and everything is on the up and up. Will not be able to go to a range for another week.
