new to me Kimber Desert Warrior

I just picked it up tonight, got it in a trade with an honorable man in Oklahoma. It's in great shape, hardly any wear on it at all. Will be hitting the range this weekend to see if it shoots as good as it looks. I've added a picture of it with my other Kimber, an SIS Custom. I love the full size Kimbers.........

Congratulations on your latest ... it looks like it's new in box. I find that Kimbers are easy and fun to upgrade but work just fine in factory form too. I'm sure you're going to enjoy the Desert Warrior. I have a Tactical Entry II and a Stainless Pro Raptor II with a bunch of upgrades. I also have a pair of Ed Browns and a pair of Dan Wessons but I still love my Kimbers.

Great find you have there. It really does look new in box from the pics. They are really a fun gun that look "cool". Enjoy it and let us know how it shoots!

Hit the range today with my Kimber. I only put 50 rounds thru it as I was there with a friend/new shooter. Had him shoot my buck mark 22 while tried out the Kimber. I must say it shoots as good as it looks. Trigger pull is sweet with no creep, very clean break. The gun is very accurate with my shots hitting where I aimed. All were inside the 8 ring and closer. I did have one flyer which was all me. This gun shoots like a dream, I love it! Will be putting more rounds thru it as quickly as I can get there.
