I considered doing 9X18MAK for my plate, but instead just went with my callsign, WRDNWLF. Nice thing about Virginia is custom plates are super cheap. Only $10 extra per year.

I cant even tell you how many times i've been driving in Virginia and wanted to pull someone over to ask them what their license plates meant.......

Because of they're so cheap, and the fact that Virginia is far less strict on what types of things they will accept, custom plates are EXTREMELY common.

I saw a funny one the other day. A guy with a Purple Heart license plate that read OUCH-E.

I have the Gadsden Flag plates also. Only thing I don't like is that they are almost the same color as NY tags.

I read that in California in that state's population there are folks that speak every know language in the world. Every language has is vast number of words equating to the 4 letter stuff we use every day here. They also make custom plates available. Now they have to have people scan every custom plate issued to insure someone doesn't get issued a "dirty" plate. Best plate I've seen was on a new at the time Porche runninng around with Florida State Univeersity bumber stickes. Read "IOU DAD".
