New Walther PPS

One line in Bob79's entry disturbs me. If the PPS is meant to replace the PP/PPK/PPKS I would think that S&W/Walther would be maikng a HUGE mistake. Be sorta like discontinuing their J-frame revolvers.
Have carried a PP or PPK for well over 40 years in both .32 ACP and in .380,...excellent pieces for their purpose. Also use a 3" Model 36 Chief quite often......, would hate to see either "go away"......

I have been carrying my PPS for three weeks now and love it. Trigger is very similar to my Glocks except a shorter pull, it is very accurate, and so far is 100% reliable.

Takedown is identical to glock, and if you look at the trigger assembly it is virtually identical as well. I think this is what Glock would make if it made a single stack subcompact 9mm.
