Well I did it! Today I bought another P99. Another 9mm, QPQ this time. It is an AB code. I was looking real hard at a P88 compact, but a local shop had the P99 and it's been calling my name for a couple of weeks. The best thing is my GF even encouraged me to buy it when I was wavering today. This is the woman who " likes guns in moderation"

I am glad he did, it is the BEST 9mm I have ever owned.

I really like my P99 Military, but it doesn't like 115 grain ammo. Its preference is 124 and 147 grain ammo. Good thing I reload.

I have the QPQ and I like it. Very accurate and it hasn't jammed yet. Many, many people I know have found that they shoot the P99 better than their other autoloaders.

Good choice on your P99 purchase, I have four and like them all but...you should give that P88C another look.

I have both the P88 FS and the compact. Great pistols both.
