New Winchester "Match Grade" Primers

Got an email from Powder Valley and looks like Winchester is now selling "Match Grade" primers designated as WMGSP, WMGLP, WMGSR, WMGLR in red boxes compared to "Regular" primers in blue boxes.

Are the cups copper, or plated. If so I wonder if they will show pressure quicker.
