I recently bought a mosin nagant from a local gun shop that also provides gunsmith services.
Before I shoot the gun I want to make doubley sure there is nothing wrong with it. I'm new to guns so I don't feel like I know enough to determine if there's anything wrong with it.
Would it be overkill to take it to a different gunsmith to give it a "once-over" prior to shooting it for the first time? Should I just trust that the shop I bought it from deemed it safe?
or should I stop worrying and just shoot the darn thing?
Thanks for your input.
