anyone know what the official requirement for SBR is?

i've searched the ATF website and their page on this topic seems to apply only to address changes that cross state lines.

ATF loves it when you tell them about address changes.....even if federal law doesn't require it.
If your move is within your state no notification is required.
If your move is out of state you ARE required to complete this before transporting the SBR:https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/f...rily-export-certain-nfa-firearms-atf/download

yep, i've filled out the interstate transport form nearly every year for decades. but the actual change of address intra state seems fuzzy.
