I wouldn't have figured there would be any RidleyReport watchers on THR. I watched it earlier and it seemed like he doesn't know what he's talking about. No politician has been charged with a crime for voting on a bill (at least none that I've heard of). Once again, it is apparent that since there is no legitimate argument for federal gun laws enforced by the commerce clause, the anti's threaten discipline for anyone who objects to them or works to get rid of them.

bad as the gun grabbers are, i don't see any legal proceedings being brought against a legislator for casting a vote. because if this actually happened, well i suppose the revolution is here, glad i stocked up :)

So, let me get this straight....this guy believes anyone voting to limit federal power and imposition on the states is guilty of a federal crime? absurd....but absurdness seems to be the norm among politicians

I love their "holier than thou, Do what I tell you because I am so much smarter than you" attitude.

There's no conceivable reason a politician anywhere could or should be prosecuted for voting on any bill. Courts decide the law's constitutionality, but that's the law itself. If a congressman could be prosecuted for voting a certain way, then democracy is dead.
