Nice or exotic sling

I want a nice wide padded leather sling or something made with rattlesnake. Anybody know where I might could find something like this. It's got on a browning x-bolt white gold 30/06 too me this is a pretty pretty gun. Thanks for the help in advance.

If you plan to hunt with this rifle, I recommend comfort over any other aspect. There is little that can be more painful than walking for hours with an uncomfortable sling. If you can get what looks good and provides comfort, then go for it. Other wise, you might consider finding the comfortable sling, then have it modified with rattlesnake skin, or what ever looks good, but I don't recommend picking one based on how nice it looks if you intend to actually hunt with the rifle, you'll regret it.

If just for show & not go?

Do not put or leave a sling on it in a gun safe.

Just another contact point for humidity, rust, or green slim to start growing on the gun or leather.

Try a custom holster maker. They may have rattlesnake on hand, and can modify an existing sling.

Try Andy's leather. It's run by Andy Langolis and he has been helpful for me. He does very nice custom work and can either do it for you or likely knows who can.

I have a rattlesnake sling I bought at the Wanenmacher Gun Show in Tulsa. The guy who makes them is there at every show. Sorry I don't know the name of his company. Unfortunately, he made it quite wide and it is not that comfortable to carry, so it mostly sits in my cabinet. My braided leather sling is the most comfortable and holds my shoulder. BTW can I piggy-back on this thread to request response from you out there who have rifle slings made from braided parachute cord? They look very comfortable.

If you can depart from the rattlesnake, Vero Vellini makes a really nice leather sling. Their Premium line have a really nice finish and are top-of-the-line quality.
