5000. I run around Vegas all the time on these little treasure hunts. My reload bench looks great and I haven't gone poor doing it.

I started poor so I have no choice but to look for deals and little treasures. 5000 is a nice find these days.

I just traded 2000 of these small pistol primers for 2000 small rifle primers. Now I'm at about 6000 each. Good thing too. I will just be finished building my first .223 AR15 next weekend.

Sad thing is that in years past I would have used that many up in a weeks time for practice. Now I will shoot less than that in a month and a half until supplies loosen a bit. It seems a shame to use them up so fast when someone else needs them desperately, so for now I feel I can get by with a bit less practice these days.

I already had some. I bought 3600 from a guy on our local shooters web site where I do a bunch of trading. I paid $27 per 1000 ($100 for 3600 primers.) I used some I had to fill the case box up to put in storage.
WSP go for $34/1000 almost everywhere in local gun shops in Vegas.

I scored the 3600 WSP yesterday morning in trades. I scored 2000 CCI Small Rifle primers in trades today.
